How our recruitment process works
We are looking for agency professionals who demonstrate the following qualities:
Documentation
- Verification of identity documents, including proof of “Right to Work” as per current Home Office guidelines and NHS Employers’ Standards
- Evidence of a certificate on the DBS Update Service (all names must be verified and the original certificate seen)
- Submission of educational certificates for advanced and specialist roles
- Training record to demonstrate all competencies and basic skills are met.
- Proof immunisation records are up to date.
- Reference checks based on individual experience, including a competency checklist from a senior reference
Interview
- Face-to-face or digitally recorded interview, conducted by a senior management team member and a registered nurse
